You'll find the prettiest spray pad in Hendon Park, off Hendon, west of Yonge Street. It is a 10-minute walk away from Finch Subway Station (or you can easily find parking space on the street). Don't be put off by the ugly non-residential section you'll pass along to get there. It is totally worth it. Tall palm trees overlook the pad and there's a nice playground nearby.
