Arcades

AMUSEMENT CORNER: Arcades

Arcades offer a very noisy kind of fun, with all the games cramped in a small space, but kids love it so bite the bullet! Best practice in an arcade: allow a pre-determined budget, explain to them how the games work, let go. Those who are the first to run through their money can still enjoy watching the others play.

Nathalie's tips for a smooth outing

I recommend one adult per age group when visiting an amusement centre (going with another family can help). Otherwise, older siblings get bored to tears in the kiddie rides, and young ones have to wait while their older siblings enjoy big kids rides.
