Lovely stretch

Streetsville Memorial Park is the access point to a lovely stretch of the Culham Trail going upstream along the Credit River. Mature trees are found on both sides of the river. The park includes a playground and an outdoor pool. I encourage you to get closer to the cluster of trees in the wide field, across the bridge. One of them forms an intriguing figure that really looks like a hooded person sitting by the trunk. It you stay on the western shore, it will take you 15 minutes to reach the Main Street Bridge. You'll get a great view of the river from that bridge. On the north-east side of it, you'll find the entrance to Timothy Street Memorial Park. I was glad to discover Streetsville itself. It is located on a quaint and charming section of old Mississauga Road (called Queen Street South) bordering the park.
