With a twist
The Riverdale Pool includes a twisting slide. (I could not sneak in my camera during my last visit so all I have to show is a picture taken during the fall.) It is a very popular local spot so you need to show up early if you don't want to wait at the door for a while. It has a beach-like access and a nice shallow area for younger kids. The Riverdale Park where it is located includes a minuscule playground nearby and it offers the best panorama of Toronto, especially at sunset. It is only a 10-minute walk from Broadview Subway Station.
