In the heart of The Beach
Kew Gardens is your main destination when you visit The Beach with children. Younger kids will gravitate around the beautiful playground with wooden castle (sitting next to a cute wading pool). Older ones will want to explore the large bandstand by the luscious forest patch. The paved paths are perfect for young bikers. Garden lovers will appreciate the landscaping in the back of the Toronto Public Library on the premises and around the house of the park’s caretaker’ (by Lee Avenue). Then, you’ll want to head towards the lake to explore the shores of Kew Beach.
