Stroll in peace

I first entered the tiny chapel by the entrance of the Necropolis Cemetery during the Fall Festival at Riverdale Farm and thought it was lovely. A while later, I got the chance to stroll around the cemetery and was enchanted. This is the best casual outing to admire the fall colours. When you follow the path to your right and go down the stairs, you reach what has to be the closest we have to a romantic Victorian scenery (the cemetery was established in 1850). You’ll see the poetry in the little road paved with flat tombstones. Your kids will focus on the vaults, the nooks and crannies and the steep trails.
