Santa Claus Parade in Niagara-on-the-Lake (Niagara-on-the-Lake)

The 2014 Niagara-on-the-Lake Santa Claus Parade is on Saturday December 13, starting at 11 a.m.

Friends have been to the Niagara-on-the-Lake with their kids and have loved it. The surrounding architecture makes it enchanting and utterly charming. It's a parade with a vintage feeling to it (expect red coat soldiers!). You can judge by yourself by watching this short video clip I found on YouTube, edited by the local newspaper the Bullet News Niagara.

The parade starts at King and Centre Streets, goes down on Castlereagh Street, continues on Wellington, then up on Byron Street to Simcoe Street, and turning left onto Queen Street (a 2.6 kms route).
