I wish I had had the chance to show my crazy-for-animals daughter the St. James Cathedral's yearly event Blessing of the Animals organized in the fall. The special service usually gathers over 300 people with their cherished pets (outside the church of course), plus the Toronto Police on horseback, working dogs and some exotic animals from Bowmanville Zoo.
