If your child swears she is seeing a zebra in the woods as you drive along Hwy 27, she speaks the truth. It happened to us! Elmvale Zoo houses more than 300 animals that have known no life in the wild: lemurs, tigers, snakes, flamingos, kangaroos, giraffes and more. Trees everywhere makes this the perfect place to be on a very hot summer day. You can buy bags of peanuts for the kids to feed the animals.
