Quite a treat!

Harbourfront had stopped offering the Music with Bite event for a few years but they've resumed it. I have not had the chance to see for myself but I was told that they've maintained the same concept, which is a winner. Kids carve themselves comfortable niches in the cushions in front of the stage while parents sit at tables in the back. Then the artists work their magic to a receptive audience. Every show in the Music with Bite program is a co-production with Jeunesses Musicales Ontario. Expect an eclectic roster, from opera singers to storytelling musicians to dance companies. After the show, kids are offered a treat of cookies and beverage. I think there's no better way to make kids hungry for more!
