Splash pad in Coronation Park (Oakville)

Deluge of fun

Best time to go to this park is during Oakville Children's Festival! In 2017: Sunday July 9

The splash pad follows an amusing castle-theme. On the north side, you enter through the door of a castle. If you see kids standing under the huge crown in the middle (we're in Coronation Park, remember?), chances are a water deluge is about to fall over their head, to their great delight! The shields hide water sprays that can be directed towards the "enemies". More water sprays sprout for the ground on the south part of the pad. Add to this a large playground closer to Lakeshore Road, the pebble beach and large green spaces for picnics and you have the perfect spot for a perfect summer day. (More about Coronation Park.)
