With some 24 cute rides, Toronto Islands' small-scale Centreville Amusement Park is perfect for young families. We love the beautiful carousel, a real feast for the eyes with its ostriches, zebras, lions, pigs, cats and giraffes. Little ones dig the train and antique car tracks as well as the giant swan ride on the pond. Older kids prefer the bumper boats and cars, the Lake Monster Coaster and the Haunted Barrel ride. Don't hesitate to try the Saugreen Lumber Co. Log Flume Ride with a small drop at the end which the smaller kamikazes will love. There's a little farm in the far end of the site and a modest wading pool in the middle.
